Portal East is a portal giving Destination Management Companies (DMCs) a tool to allow event organizers to obtain quick quotation replies with on-line offers, samples and RFP’s that can be modified to the needs and requirements of each individual request. Currently available for Russia, with other DMCs in Eastern Europe, the Far East and North America coming online in the future.

Portal East provides online, quality proposals specific to a particular group in minutes. Each proposal includes full descriptions of hotels, excursions, transfers and restaurants with images, graphics, web-links to restaurants, hotels etc, plus map locations. You also get itemized net costings at the same time in either UK£ or Euros. Portal East allows event organizers to modify online an extensive list of sample programs in a few minutes to a tailor-made, ready to send proposal for their clients.

Installation will be possible in either a local server or on a hosted server with remote access, which enable any accredited user with access anywhere (home, sales or office location).
